Nova Development Group was involved in the development of the private bilingual school Del Mar Academy in the capacity of project management. On the 7 acre campus area a 6 classroom pod, a Pre-K classroom and a cafeteria were built in two phases, with phase one including the infrastructure/utilities such as potable water system, electric and telecommunications, drainage system and landscaping. The second phase consisted in a 5,000 sq ft pod, a 2,000 sq ft classroom for toddlers and Pre-K and a multipurpose sporting court.

Subcontracting, quality control, scheduling and accounting were the daily responsibilities of Nova.

Paseo del Sol is a condominium project of 10 individual homes located on the lush L section of the "American Project" of Nosara. Nova development Group were responsible for  the management of the entire project from beginning to end including permitting and planning, design, construction, quality control, accounting, electromechanical and landscaping.

The project was completed in a period of 18 months.

Vistas Del Mar is a spectacular Ocean and Valley view single family home project located 1,500 feet above sea level in the hills of San Juanillo. The first phase of 25 lots is currently completed and is available for offers.

Nova’s responsibility in this Project was in the capacity of obtaining all permits, coordinating land movement and topographical works and the construction of the roads and drainage systems.

This is a two story home of 1,500 square feet. It features 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, open living space and kitchen, washer/dryer room, storage area and covered parking space.

The house was built using high quality finishing’s such as pochote hardwood ceilings, custom made wood cabinetry, clay tile roof, ceramic tile floors, etc. Time of completion: 4,5 months.

Casa Fullerton is a one story home of 1,100 square feet and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This house is been design to maximize the space of the interiors and to allow an easy flow between the different areas of the house. Time of completion: 4 months.

This small office of almost 200 square feet was recently completed in Nosara. The idea was to create a practical environment that offered concentration and privacy. Custom carved doors, Italian ceramic tile throughout, white aluminum frames, luxury light fixtures, and pochote hardwood ceilings. Time of completion: 5 weeks.
